Tyler Lypkie received his LL.B. within distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. His undergraduate training is in Mechanical Engineering and he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Engineering. Upon receiving his law degree Mr. Lypkie articled at the national law firm of Bennett Jones LLP. With the completion of his foundational training, Mr. Lypkie returned to Edmonton and commenced practice with the firm of Lypkie Henderson. Tyler Lypkie’s litigation practice focuses primarily upon employment law matters. He has advised hundreds of Albertans in all variety of employment related situations. He has successfully represented clients in actions for wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, breach of employment contract, recovery of unpaid bonuses, recovery of overtime arrears, and in the navigation of hostile work environments, to name only a few examples.
